The roots of our hospitality lie in our passion for classic Swabian favorites such as Maultaschen, roast beef, Gaisburger Marsch, lentils with spaetzle, sour tripe, ox cheeks or fillet dishes. Everything just as grandma used to prepare it – lovingly homemade and with a modern twist.
We expand this offer with seasonal and international delicacies, such as soups, crispy salads, burgers, pasta dishes and vegetarian dishes – some of which change on a daily basis.
We place the utmost importance on using local and regional ingredients as well as the highest quality and freshness in all our dishes.
